Policies

Deposit Policy

• A $250 refundable deposit is required for all rentals.
• This deposit will be returned after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
• The deposit may be withheld in part or in full if the vehicle is returned late, excessively dirty, damaged, or with missing fuel.

Insurance Policy

• We offer  rental insurance that covers vehicle damage only.
• Customers are required to carry personal auto insurance that includes liability coverage.
• ARBB Rent & Travel is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury outside of the vehicle itself.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up are non-refundable.
• No-shows or failure to provide proper documentation at the time of pick-up will result in loss of deposit.

Additional Terms

The renter is responsible for all tolls, traffic violations, and parking tickets incurred during the rental period.

Renters must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late returns may result in additional fees.

Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Pets must be kept in carriers or covered areas. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
